  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@megcosmetics.co.ke within 14 days of delivery. Include your **Order Number** and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Confirmation: Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the exact shipping instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RA number clearly marked outside the box. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (M-Pesa, Card, etc.), typically within **7–10 business days**.
